Most of Designer Jewelry’s jewelry is nickel free with prong or channel set Stones, including Quality Swarovski Stones. Stones measuring 1/4 karat or more are usually CZ's. Smaller stones may also be CZ's or first Quality Swarovski Austrian Crystal. If a product is sterling silver, gold or has genuine stones it will be noted in the item description. Some of the lower end jewelry may be of a slightly lesser quality; however, they are still excellent products. The Aurora Borealis (AB) stones are created by adding a coating to the surface of the stone, so they require care. CARE AND LIFETIME WARRANTY With proper care, your customers will be assured of a lifetime of enjoyment with their jewelry. It should never come in contact with any chemicals and should be treated with care and periodically cleaned to maintain its fine appearance. Do not use any commercial jewelry solutions or cleaners on electroplated and man made products as it may damage them, instead simply use a damp, soft cloth to remove any dirt smudges. To clean non-plated Sterling Silver and Solid Gold Jewelry use jeweler recommended cleaning products only, being careful not to scratch the surface. Our jewelry seldom discolors when cared for properly but if this occurs, it may be due to a rare PH Factor of certain skin types and the acid in these bodies may react chemically with the metal. If you still have an issue even after proper care of the jewelry please go to CONTACT US and give Designer Jewelry your information to request a RA #, to return the item for repair or replacement (which ever is deemed appropriate by Designer Jewelry). ORDERING MINIMUM ORDER Designer Jewelry understands that sometimes you only need a few items for a special client or simply to refresh your current stock, so we have made a lower minimum order of only $150.00 per order. Any order that is less than the minimum will have a $25.00 charge.

APPOINTMENTS IN THE SHOWROOM Designer Jewelry see WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS in the showroom when they are ready to make a purchase. The minimum purchase in our showroom is $1000.00. Appointments are available from 9 to 12 on Tuesday through Thursday. It usually takes 3-4 hours and Designer Jewelry will assign a sales person to you. If you would like to schedule an appointment please email Designer Jewelry at least one week in advance so Designer Jewelry can confirm your selected time and day, and provide you with directions - Minimum purchase in show room is 1000.00, 3 per item, per size,  per color. All merchandise is on line.

VOLUME DISCOUNT Designer Jewelry specializes in the lowest prices for volume buyers. Volume discounts are available for individual orders over $1000 as outlined below on non-sale merchandise. All merchandise on sale and/or ending in S or starting with a Z or J do not receive any futher discounts.
Discount Level 1 ($1000 -1999)..............2.5% Discount
Discount Level 2 ($200 - 4999)...............5 %   Discount
Discount Level 3 ($5000 and more)........10% Discount

Plus note that you receive a 5% discount when you order 12 or more of the exact item, in exactly the same size and/or color, unless it is an item that can be found in the DESIGNER, CLOSE OUT or SPECIAL sections of the shopping cart, or the level discount which ever is greater. NO SALES TAX IS ADDED Important Information: New Florida Customers: Please fax us your Florida Reseller Certificate after your first order at 305-278-7772 and Designer Jewelry will ship your order as soon as we have received your information otherwise a 7.5% sales tax will be added to your final invoice. If we receive your Reseller Certificate after your order has been shipped, a credit of the sales tax amount will be applied to your next purchase.

PAYMENT OPTIONS If you prefer not to put your credit card information on the order form, you may contact Designer Jewerly directly with your credit card information. Just select CREDIT CARD ON FILE when you submit your order, then call Designer Jewelry at 1-800-398-8158, fax 305-278-7772 or email designer-jewelry@bellsouth.net with your credit card number, expiration date and CVVS code. Your credit card information will be stored in a secure file so we can use the card on file for future orders. If you ship name and address are different than the credit card address you most make sure we know this.

US CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL AND WESTERN UNION For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card or PAYPAL account used for payment. Your order will be shipped to your billing address. Your order will ship as soon as we have verified the information. This is only required for first time international customers. If you need to change or update your card  on file, either e-mail, fax to 305 278 7772 or call Designer Jewelry @ 800 398 8158 with the account number so your order is not held up.

Return Policy All claims must be made within 7 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain authorization number, please e-mail: designerjewelry@bellsouth.net. All returns must reach our office within 15 days of invoice date. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns except manufacturer defective merchandise. Merchandise that has been resold and worn or abused will not be considered for replacement/credit. All credits will be applied to future orders.
