We have been in business nearly 30 years and on the internet for over 12 years. We specialize in Cubic Zirconia's (CZ's), Austrian crystal, Sterling Silver, International Designer Brands, designer ''look-a-likes'' and collectibles; US and Asian made. CREDIT CARD CHARGES When you place an order on line an authorization for the charge is run for all credit cards orders. The actual amount charged may be different than the authorization, as we apply any discount or credits that are applicable to the order, than determine the Actual shipping and handling cost by the carrier of your choice to determine the total of the amount to charge for the order. We will not charge you more than the real cost.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS We carry a wonderful line of Fashion Jewelry, Sterling Silver and Close-Outs. Our prices are from .50 cents to $50.00 an item on our below wholesale jewelry. We have all "Price Points, Styles, & Designers" available. Our higher end fashion jewelry is plated with Rhodium or 18-22kt Heavy Gold Electroplate (HGE) over Brass or Sterling Silver and most items have 100 mils of gold or more. Most of our items are nickel free with prong or channel set ST Quality Swarovski Stones. Stones measuring 1/4 karat or more are usually CZ's. Smaller stones may also be CZ's or ST Quality Swarovski Austrian Crystal. If a product is sterling silver, gold or has genuine stones it will be noted in the item description. Some of the lower end or items may be of a slightly lesser quality; however, they are still excellent products. The Aurora Borealis (AB) stones are created by adding a coating to the surface of the stone, so they require extra care. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing your jewelry, so we can answer them for you. Gram weights are approximate and are for the entire piece including stones. CARE AND LIFETIME WARRANTY With proper care, your customers will be assured of a lifetime of enjoyment with their jewelry. It should never come in contact with any chemicals and should be treated with care and periodically cleaned to maintain its fine appearance. Do not use any commercial jewelry solutions or cleaners on electroplated and man made products as it may damage them, instead simply use a damp, soft cloth to remove any dirt smudges. To clean non-plated Sterling Silver and Solid Gold Jewelry use jeweler recommended cleaning products only being careful not to scratch the surface. Our jewelry seldom discolors when cared for properly but if this occurs, it may be due to a rare PH Factor of certain skin types and the acid in their bodies react chemically with the metal. If you still have an issue even after proper care of the jewelry please go to CONTACT US and give us your information to request a RA #, to return the item for repair or replacement (which ever is deemed appropriate by us). ORDERING

MINIMUM ORDER We understand that sometimes you only need a few items for a special client or simply to refresh your current stock, so we have made a lower minimum order of only $150.00 per order. Any order that is less than the minimum will have a $25.00 charge.

APPOINTMENTS IN THE SHOWROOM We see WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS in the showroom when they are ready to make a purchase. The minimum purchase in our showroom is $1000.00. Appointments are available from 9 to 12 on Tuesday Through Thursday. It usually takes 3-4 hours and we will assign a sales person to you. If you would like to schedule an appointment please email us at least one week in advance so we can confirm your selected time and day and provide you with directions - Minimum purchase is show room is 2000.00 3 per item per size per color. All merchandise is on line.

VOLUME DISCOUNT We specialize in the lowest prices for volume buyers. Volume discounts are available for individual orders over $1000 as outlined below.
Discount Level 1 ($1000 -1999)..............2.5% Discount
Discount Level 3 ($5000 and more)........10% Discount

Plus note that you receive a 5% discount when you order 12 or more of the exact item, in exactly the same size and/or color, unless it is an item that can be found in the DESIGNER section of the shopping cart, or the level discount which ever is greater. NO SALES TAX IS ADDED Important Information: New Florida Customers: Please fax us your Florida Reseller Certificate after your first order at 305-278-7772 and we will ship your order as soon as we have received your information otherwise a 7% sales tax will be added to your final invoice. If we receive your Reseller Certificate after your order has been shipped, a credit of the sales tax amount will be applied to your next purchase.

Your credit card information will be stored in a secure file so we can use the card on file for future orders.

US CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL AND WESTERN UNION For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card or PAYPAL account used for payment. Your order will be shipped to your billing address. Your order will ship as soon as we have verified the information. This is only required for first time international customers. If your credit card is already on file with us, you can select CREDIT CARD on file, rather than providing it again. RETURNS We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our quality products! If you have one or two items that you are considering returning and you would rather not do so, we offer a $10.00 discount on your next order instead. That way you can save the effort of making a return and paying shipping costs and still have a credit to use on your next purchase. Just mention code #MJB10 in the comment section of the order form, along with the original invoice number to receive your credit. Otherwise, see our return policy below.

"12 DAY, NO HASSLE, RETURN POLICY" If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, just return it within 12 days from the date of your invoice to receive a full credit to wards your next purchase (less shipping and discounts). No restocking fee will be charged unless 50% or more of the order is returned - if 50% or more is returned 10 to 20% of the returns will be charged as a restocking fee. Custom orders, assorted merchandise, displays, designer brands, crystals gifts and close-out items are not returnable. In order to return an item, please email us at designer-jewelry@bellsouth.net to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RA#). All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging with all tags still on the products. Returns must be packed in a padded box with the RA# written on your original invoice and on the outside of the box and shipped to the address shown on the invoice, prepaid and insured for the full value by a carrier that offers package tracking. Any merchandise returned without RA # or in an envelope will not be accepted.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you receive a damaged or defective item with your order please email us within 2 days from the delivery or go to "Contact Us" at the top of the shopping cart pages to notify us of the damaged product.

Please be careful when selecting products, colors and sizes or contact us with any questions before you place your orders. We try to keep your cost down as much as possible and cannot handle a large amount of returns or we will have to charge a restocking fee. If you receive something that you did not order, please double check the invoice to see if it is a mistake or a substitute. Some items may be substituted at a reduce cost to you; otherwise see our return policy above.
