All claims must be made within 7 days receipt of shipment via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization number (RA #), e-mail: email@example.com Returned jewelry must reach us within 15 days of invoice date (International orders have 20 days to return). There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns except manufacturer defective merchandise. Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt of jewelry. Jewelry that has been resold and worn or abused will not be considered for replacement or credit. All credits will be applied to future orders. Make sure you put the RA # on the outside of the box and a copy of the jewelry invoice inside. Custom made or special order jewelry is not returnable. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
